Phillips Home Improvements Named Finalist for 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics

On September 30, 2026, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving North Central Texas announced its annual Torch Award for Ethics honorees. We are proud to share that Phillips Home Improvements was named a finalist for 2026.

Having previously won the BBB Torch Award for Ethics in 2019 and 2023, being named a finalist once again is a meaningful affirmation of how our team operates every day. We are deeply grateful to the independent judging panel, our dedicated crew, and the thousands of North Texas homeowners who continue to trust us with their homes.

Why Ethics in Contracting Matters

Finding a reliable contractor can often be stressful for homeowners due to common industry pain points like vague estimates, poor communication, or surprise fees. At Phillips Home Improvements, we set out to eliminate that stress by anchoring every project in accountability, upfront pricing, and clear expectations from start to finish.

Ethics in Action at Team Phillips

Whether we are working on a roof replacement, home painting project, or new gutter installation, living out ethical standards comes down to daily habits:

• Transparent Communication: We provide detailed, upfront estimates with no high-pressure sales tactics or hidden costs.
• A Culture of Respect: Our “TEAMily” approach prioritizes safety, ongoing training, and respectful treatment of every customer’s property.
• Total Accountability: We stand behind our warranties and take full ownership to ensure every homeowner is completely satisfied with the work done.

Looking Ahead

While industry awards are a wonderful milestone, our true measure of success remains the trust of our local community. Whether in 2019, 2023, or 2026 and beyond, our commitment remains the same: delivering dependable home improvements built on honesty and craftsmanship.
