After a year where so much of life was placed on pause due to the pandemic, it’s gratifying to look back and see the strides made in our business, largely due to the loyalty and trust placed in us by our wonderful clients and the hard work of our team.
Despite COVID-19, Phillips Home Improvements was able to find our place on Qualified Remodeler’s TOP 500 list of largest and fastest growing remodelers in the country. Why?
The pivot. Phillips’ team recognized early on in the pandemic that business as usual would never be the same. So we provided consulting services around the patio table when necessary, offered contactless exterior service and masked up to provide our clients peace of mind. Our team members Zoomed many meetings from remote locations. We offered microbicidal paint for the first time ever. We rejected a “Chicken Little” approach to business … we kept our focus and environment positive and encouraging. We reacted and took corrective action as soon as we saw what was happening in the market. And we cleaned our offices and our hands a lot.
The sacrifice. Phillips’ team members sacrificed for each other. Some furloughed themselves or took pay cuts, sacrificed team events or little luxuries during the hardest months to ensure our team and homeowners were all cared for and kept safe.

In 2021, we were listed as one of the fastest growing remodelers in the nation, because we slowed down and listened to our clients and coworkers. Thanks to all our wonderful clients and team members for the honor of serving. We applied, submitted revenue numbers, number and types of projects produced, industry association memberships, years in business, certifications, accreditations and community service among other statistics, all of which are reviewed by a team of editors and verified by a third party financial source. Then we were ranked with other companies and the facts were checked for accuracy, which led to our selection as one of QR’s 500 TOP Remodelers.
