What a Year it Has Been for Phillips Home Improvements!

Looking back over 2022, we have much to be thankful for.

We have completed 1440 projects and added countless homeowners into our circle of love. Thank you for entrusting one of your most prized possessions to us … your homes.

In 2022, we were named GuildMasters for independently surveying all of our clients on their customer service experience from the initial call to the completion of each of their projects. Our goal is to get it right for our clients every time.

In July of 2022, we were selected by Qualified Remodeler as one of the Top 500 improvement companies in the nation in terms of revenue and also as one of the Top 100 Satisfaction Leaders in the country.

Soon after, in September, we received word that we were selected by our employees as one of Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, a distinction we have desired since the company’s inception. To be recognized as a workplace with healthy culture, where an individual can plant deep roots and grow their career and leadership skills has long been a goal of Phillips Home Improvements.

In addition this October, we were selected into membership by The Good Contractors List, an A+ Rated Better Business Bureau member, that vets companies and independently backs the home improvement projects of those who pass extensive background checks with a $10,000 workmanship guarantee. We have been working on becoming Good Contractors List members for several years.

Finally, we have moved from 25 years as property renters in the Plano community to becoming property owners with multiple locations in the heart of the Allen community, where a 7-year downtown revitalization project is in progress. We look forward to announcing our ribbon cutting and Grand Opening in the coming months and to partnering with the City of Allen and All Community Outreach on numerous upcoming projects.
